At this stage, we are able to work out postage rates for each individual parcel. Think of the postage cost in bigcartel as a 'default'. If the actual cost is less then the postage you've paid, the difference will be refunded.

We recycle dedicated cardboard record mailers and use bubblewrap to help to ensure safe delivery of your record. Whilst we will do everything possible to make the parcels as bulletproof as possible, we cannot take responsibility for records that have been lost or damaged during post.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

Shipping for CDs and tapes (without cases) is available to all. Please select your country in the drop down box. The postage in listings for LPs and oversized cassettes are calculated for Australian destinations ONLY. Buyers placing orders for these items to be shipped outside of Australia will be sent a Paypal Payment Request for the remainder of the shipping monies required to ship the order.

I appreciate your interest and custom and I do understand the extortionate shipping charges we all have to pay nowadays. Therefore, I am only too happy to cancel and refund orders if the total shipping charge is too much for you. No bother at all. :)

Cassettes are usually sent WITHOUT cases. This substantially reduces the cost of postage. However, if you really want the case, let me know and I can give you an exact postage quote for it.

We are happy to organise collections too. Collection of purchases can be made in Browns Plains or Coolangatta, QLD. To complete checkout, you will need to select a destination option. Let us know in the comments that you want to collect it, we will refund the amount you paid for postage and will organise time and place of collection.
